LOVE THE PLAYER, RESPECT THE GAME.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026 · Version 2026-10-09
L&R Golf respects your privacy. We do not sell or rent your Google account identity or customer contact information, and we do not provide Google sign-in data to advertising partners. We may share genuinely anonymous, aggregated statistics for marketing and business analysis. Operating the service also requires limited disclosures to service providers and, in certain circumstances, for legal reasons, as explained below.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
L&R Golf is a golf simulator technology provider based in Illinois, United States. We provide simulator devices and software, residential and commercial installations, RackSim appliances, and remote support and monitoring. This policy covers www.lr.golf, admin.lr.golf, Google sign-in, account registration, and our customer-site portal. It explains the personal information we access, collect, use, store, and disclose. Independent golf venues, Google, and other third-party services have their own policies.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, and account deletion, email info@lr.golf with the subject “Privacy request.”
2. Information we collect
- Google sign-in: We request the OpenID Connect
openidandemailscopes. We receive your Google account identifier, email address, and confirmation that Google verified the email. We use them to authenticate you, create or recognize your account, and determine access. We do not request your Google password, Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files, Calendar data, or permission to post on your behalf. We do not retain Google access, refresh, or ID tokens after sign-in completes. - Account records: We store your Google identifier, email, account creation and last sign-in times, and the version and time of your acceptance of our terms. For managed-site customers, we also store the administrator-assigned site, access status, and access-change records.
- Customer-site and service information: Authorized administrators may enter site names, locations, equipment, device addresses, service descriptions, assigned technicians, notes, and configuration information. Monitoring can include device availability, CPU and interface readings, temperature, fan speed, and other supported device status. Remote-access credentials supplied for managed equipment are restricted to operational use; stored VNC passwords are encrypted.
- Communications and submissions: We receive information you send through email, support requests, or authorized content tools, including any photos or text you submit. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Technical information: Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, request times and URLs, browser or device details, errors, and security events. The portal uses session cookies for sign-in and request protection. Public-site analytics or advertising tools, when enabled, can collect the information described below.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts; authenticate users; enforce role and site permissions; display authorized site readings and service records; provide support; maintain installations and security; investigate failures, fraud, or misuse; document agreement to our terms; respond to requests; and comply with applicable obligations. A new user without a site assignment receives a general account landing page. Signing in does not automatically grant access to any customer site.
We do not use Google account data to build advertising profiles, target advertisements, train generalized AI models, or sell information. New features involving additional data or purposes will require appropriate notice and any consent required by law.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not make customer records public. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here:
- Service providers: Google supplies authentication and Google Cloud supplies hosting, PostgreSQL database infrastructure, and private object storage. Other providers used for support or business operations may process information to perform their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
- Authorized site access: Company administrators can administer the service. Assigned customer users can view their own site's monitoring and service summary/history. They cannot access other sites or remote desktop controls. Anyone you authorize to manage your business may receive the information needed for that role.
- Content generation: When a company administrator chooses an AI-assisted article, promotion, or service-estimate feature, the submitted prompt, selected photos, or service/equipment information may be sent to OpenAI to fulfill that request. Google sign-in does not itself invoke those tools or send Google account data to them.
- Legal and safety needs: We may disclose information to comply with valid legal process, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, or protect rights, safety, and security, as permitted by law.
- Business changes: Information may transfer in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, with appropriate protections and any notice or consent required by law.
- Your direction: We may share information when you specifically request or authorize it.
5. Anonymous statistics and marketing measurement
We may create and share aggregate statistics, such as overall service usage or campaign performance, when they have been processed so they do not reasonably identify an individual or household. We will not attempt to reidentify genuinely anonymous statistics. We do not include Google account identifiers, email addresses, individual site records, or Google-derived account data in marketing datasets.
Not all analytics information is anonymous. Public pages may use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel when enabled. These tools may receive IP addresses, cookies or online identifiers, browser/device information, page visits, referring pages, and interactions. Such data may be personal or pseudonymous information, and providers may associate it with information they already hold. We do not describe these raw signals as anonymous. Certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered “sharing” under applicable privacy laws even without monetary payment. Required consent or other legal conditions must be satisfied before optional tracking is used.
The account login and end-user landing pages do not include advertising pixels or Google Analytics tags. Acceptance of our terms is not consent to optional advertising tracking. You can restrict cookies or tracking in your browser, use provider controls, and contact us about applicable opt-out rights. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. A browser's Do Not Track setting is not a universal consent mechanism; we will comply with legally applicable opt-out preference requirements. See Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy.
6. Google user data commitments
L&R Golf's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. We use sign-in information only for disclosed account, authentication, security, and access-management purposes. We do not sell Google user data or transfer it for advertising. Human access is limited to appropriate operational, support, security, legal, or user-authorized needs.
7. Storage, security, and retention
Our current application infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States, including the us-central1 region. Data may also be processed where our providers operate. We use HTTPS for the public service, access controls, restricted storage, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system or transmission is completely secure.
We retain account information while needed to provide the service, administer permissions, and maintain account history. Support, monitoring, service, security, and agreement records may be retained as needed for operations, disputes, legal obligations, or legitimate security purposes. Backups can retain copies after removal from active systems until replaced or expired under backup practices; they are not used to reactivate deleted accounts for ordinary use. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that is inconsistent with legal or technical requirements.
8. Your choices, rights, and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your data by emailing info@lr.golf. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, or opt-out of certain sharing or processing. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any lawful exception, and verify identity in a proportionate way. Never email us your Google password. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law and may complain to the relevant privacy regulator.
To request account deletion, contact us from the registered email with “Delete my L&R Golf account” in the subject. We will review associated site permissions and remove or deidentify account information that is no longer necessary, subject to the retention exceptions above. Removing a personal login does not necessarily erase a business customer's equipment or service records. You can also remove L&R Golf's access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access at Google does not by itself delete our stored account records. Signing in again after deletion may create a new account.
9. Children and international users
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Users must have the legal capacity or required guardian authorization described in our terms. If you access the service outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, subject to applicable transfer and privacy requirements. This policy does not waive mandatory local privacy rights.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required for material changes. We will not retroactively use previously collected data for incompatible purposes without an appropriate legal basis and any required notice or consent. Contact L&R Golf, Illinois, United States, at info@lr.golf.
Simulator reservations — added October 13, 2026
When you book a simulator bay, we store the reservation name you provide, your verified Google email and account identifier, site and bay, scheduled times, booking status, and creation and change records. Site staff may enter a manual booking using your name and email, and may add internal operational notes. Manual bookings can appear in your account when you sign in with the same verified email.
We use this information to reserve your bay, prevent overlapping bookings, display your upcoming and past reservations, and help resolve booking questions. By submitting a reservation, you direct us to make your name, email, and booking details available to the authorized managers of that simulator site and L&R Golf administrators for reservation management. Other sites and other players cannot see your reservation through their accounts. Public booking widgets display availability, not guest information.
Deleting a reservation from the calendar cancels it and releases the bay; it does not erase the historical reservation or its change records. We retain those records as described in our retention section. Contact your simulator site for booking changes, or info@lr.golf for privacy requests. The reservation system currently collects no payment information and sends no automated booking messages. Essential sign-in happens in a separate secure tab when booking from an embedded widget.
